This two-story colonial home was built as a single-family home in 1910 and has since been broken into apartments. It was considered a contributing structure for the National Historic Register for the neighborhood in the 1990s. The structure has wooden drop siding, bay walls, and a wooden porch. Deferred maintainence is hastening its decline.
